The recognition and promotion of diverse potentials create economic advantages for our organization. That is why we signed the Charta der Vielfalt on August 2021 . We are convinced: lived diversity and appreciation of this diversity have a positive effect on our organization and on society.

Green electricity Since July 1st, 2012 we have been purchasing green electricity. Thus Visu-IT! avoids 8.13 tons of CO2 emissions annually.

How it all started

Visu-IT! LLC (limited liability company) was founded on 19th October 1999 by Dipl. Computer Scientists Marcus Venturi, Michael Roßmann, Peter Schmidt und Dietmar Würth, who all are also managing directors of this company.

The registration in the trade register took place on 5th November 1999 under number 7564 (local court Regensburg).

On 1st July 2000 Franz Lohberger also became managing director and partner of the independent company Visu-IT!.

The first activities of the company Visu-IT! pertain services in the automotive area with the main focus on

Because of the long lasting experience and the extensive know how in this area, it was possible to develop and take part in various projects. We helped notable companies develop large parts of a measurement- and application system for a control system. These systems are used in world wide assignments of leading-edge car producers.

At the beginning of the year 2004 the spectrum was expanded: Visu-IT! became a tool manufacturer in the automotive area.

These tools support the function development as well as the software development of the control devices. The first significant tool of Visu-IT! was the Software-Development tool Data Declaration System (DDS). In the year 2005, another important development tool was released: the Automotive Data Dictionary (ADD). Other new tools have followed and continue to be developed.
