Interface to Ascet
The "ADD/DDS - Ascet" link can be used in different ways:
both GUI and command line access
triggered from both ADD, DDS and Ascet
The following briefly describes this interface with the scope (use case) "ADD Integration in Ascet"
Step 1: Start the ADD Import within Ascet
Step 2: Specify the import options
Accesses the ADD database in order to get the list of available ADD containers/specifications
In this dialog, only the most important import options are shown.
There are different import/update modes like:
| Overwrite | Overwrite existing definitions (default) |
| KeepExisting | Keep existing definitions (if not set,
existing Definitions will be overwritten) |
| UpdateOnly | Existing definitions will be updated.
No new definitions will be added |
| CustomInteractive | Let the user decide what to do in
case of conflicting data: 'Overwrite' or 'KeepExisting' |

The grouping (via INPUT, OUTPUT, LOCAL) is configurable.
Both the naming and the creation of "project", "module", "class" and also the folder structure are configurable.
